Processing and Delivery
As standard we aim to dispatch your order from the woods within 1-3 days, securely packaged and protected.
UK Shipping
We use a second class tracked delivery for smaller items with Royal Mail. Larger products such as bespoke woodwork or framed paintings larger than A3 size are shipped via courier. For both services delivery is expected to take 2-3 working days. We can not be responsible if an item is delivered late however if you contact us we will endeavour to track down the order for you and keep you informed of its progress.
International Shipping
International orders will be processed in the same time period (1-3 days) but delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. For Europe most couriers estimate 3-5 working days.
Customers are responsible for customs and import charges. Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for any delays that occur in these circumstances.
Extra Large Items
For extra large items, such as tables and benches, too large to ship by standard courier we will arrange a personal delivery service or if it is possible you can arrange collection of the item yourself. We will act as quickly as possible to arrange this but processing of your order will likely take longer while we find the most suitable method for your location and the item being delivered. Of course for collections there will be no shipping charge or responsibility on our end.
Returns and Refunds
All The Art Vice products are original and handmade and so irreplaceable however we will accept returns and exchanges where an item has not arrived in the expected condition. Refunds will reflect the cost of the item with exception of the shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging so we are able to determine where the fault lies. Returned items should be shipped within 14 days of first receiving the damaged item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
